These are the markings placed on the air chest by Reuter back when it was built in 1948. So for the first rank of pipes, the Oboes were placed 1thru 73 pipes. There are more than the 61 keys of the organ because the pipes play in unison on different scales of pipes to produce different sounds. This was the defining feature of UNIT type organs.

Note the damage to the very smallest pipes. At one time the organ was damaged by either vandals or someone just may have fallen onto the pipes!
