I have limited experience with drawknobs, but these stop TABS are so easy to work with and change registration on the fly during playing. This is a main reason they were developed specifically for use on Theater Organs such as the mighty Wurlitzer.

Unfortunately stop tabs fell of favor when the tracker movement came into vogue and now even electric organs often use drawknobs, which may look old fashioned, but are not the most optimal for changing registration on the fly.
